Dilmun

As you walk towards Sippar with the hunters you talk with them about what will happen to the gazelle skins. They explain that the skins will be taken to the leather-worker area of the city and exchanged for silver or copper. You remember that your father employs several leather-workers and that they would be able to use the skins to make clothes and the bindings on sword handles. You offer the herdsmen 100 shekels of silver for all the skins and they agree. This is a very good deal and your father will be very pleased with you when he discovers how much you have learnt.
