Kanesh

Loading lots of rolled mats onto a boat, you help paddle it along the river bank until you are beside the river gate of the temple. With some help from the temple workers the mats are carried into a storehouse. You watch as a priest records the arrival and number of the mats on a small clay tablet. You will be paid by the temple for the delivery of the mats. Your father will be pleased that you have begun to understand the role of a merchant.
