You turn around to run after the carts but they are already a long way off. You start jogging after them but the temperature is just too hot for travelling fast. Exhausted, you stop and get your breath back. You realise that you will have to turn back to the river. You wander through the reeds to the river edge where boats are being loaded. The men carrying the bundles on board are pleased when you offer to help.
